Where are you located?
We're a US-based company that actually prints in the US (imagine that). Our main printers are in Florida and Texas—because nothing says "BigDog Energy" like printing where it's hot and the attitude is hotter.
For our international pack members, we've partnered with printers around the globe so your order doesn't take forever to arrive. Your dog's patience is limited, and so is ours.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're focused on perfecting the US experience first—because if we're going to do this, we're doing it right.
That said, we're working on international shipping faster than a chihuahua runs to the door when someone knocks. Sign up for our email list and you'll be the first to know when we go global.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yep. The second your order ships, you'll get a tracking email so you can monitor its journey with the same intensity your dog monitors the front window.
We know you want to know exactly when it arrives. We get it.
What materials are your products made of?
We use premium, soft fabrics that are comfortable enough for a full day of being your dog's personal furniture.
Most of our tees are 100% cotton or cotton-poly blends—durable enough to survive washing after your dog wipes their face on you, soft enough that you'll actually want to wear them. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page because we're not about that mystery material life.
